I’m Dustin Leimgruber, filmmaker and owner of Vertical Cut Media. I’ve collaborated with a wide array of industry professionals ranging from boutique Blu-ray distributor Kino Lorber, film directors Steve De Jarnatt (Miracle Mile, ER, X-Files) and Uwe Boll (Bloodrayne, In The Name of The King), top tribute act U2Zoo, noted film author and historian david j. moore and filmmaker Frankie Latina (Modus Operandi). I’ve directed work that’s screened at festivals including Wisconsin Film Festival and Wildwood Film Fest and wrote and produced the upcoming action feature film Hard Redemption starring Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk) and “Viking Samurai” David Kurzhal (The Last Kumite).

I also host and edit the popular movie podcast Cherry Bombs where I’ve moderated discussions with filmmakers like director Roger Nygard (Trekkies, The Office) and Lisa Downs (Life After Flash, Life After The Neverending Story). I’ve written for outlets including Shepherd Express, The Movie Elite, Flickering Myth, Forces of Geek and have contributed to published works including World Gone Wild: A Survivor’s Guide to Post-Apocalyptic Movies and The Good, The Tough and the Deadly: Action Movies and Stars 1960-Present.
